$13,628,135 BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES, SERIES 2019A

(Non-Callable)

Bids are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 for the purchase of $13,628,135 Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2019A (the “Notes”) of the Borough of Keansburg, in the County of Monmouth, New Jersey (the “Borough” or the “Issuer”).  All bids will be publicly opened and announced at the office of the Borough Chief Financial Officer on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., prevailing local time (“Sale Date”). 

No telephone bids will be accepted.  Bids must be received by 11:00 a.m. on the Sale Date, and may be submitted by completing the bid form attached hereto as Exhibit A and submitting to the mailing address, email address and/or fax number shown on said bid form.  Sealed bids are encouraged, but emailed and/or faxed bids will be accepted provided they comply with the conditions stated herein.  If a bidder wishes to transmit its bid by email or fax, such bidder hereby acknowledges that such emailed or faxed bid will not be reviewed by the Borough until the public opening of the bids as aforesaid.  This Notice of Sale has been posted on the Borough’s website (www.keansburgnj.gov).

Please bring Order Form and remittance to the Borough Clerk’s Office, 29 Church Street.

Facade Program NOTICE TO BIDDERS 5.23.17

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Borough of Keansburg, Monmouth County, New Jersey for the Façade Alterations to Various Buildings in the Borough of Keansburg and opened and read in public at the Borough Hall Meeting Room, 29 Church Street, Keansburg, New Jersey on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 2 PM prevailing time.

The Contract Documents (Plans and Specifications) for the proposed work, prepared by of the firm of Kaplan Gaunt DeSantis Architects, LLC, 241 Maple Avenue, Red Bank, New Jersey 07701, 732-842-8021 are on file in the office of the Architect  and may be inspected by prospective bidders during business hours.

Bidders will be furnished with a compact disc, available Monday, April 24, 2017, containing the contract documents (drawings and specifications) by the Architect, upon proper notice and non-refundable payment of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) payable to Kaplan Gaunt DeSantis Architects to defray the cost thereof.

There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting at the Borough Hall Meeting Room, 29 Church Street, Keansburg, New Jersey on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 10 AM.  Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend to obtain pertinent information.

DESCRIPTION:                RFP – Demolition of Various Borough Structures 2017

 The Borough is soliciting proposals to demolish various Borough structures through Fair and Open Process N.J.S.A. 19:44A:20.5 et req. All RFP Addenda will be issued in the website. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website from now through the RFP opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to the procurement. Respondents shall comply with the said requirements with the RFP

Scope of Services and other RFP information may be obtained at the Borough of Keansburg’s Clerk’s Office at 29 Church Street, Keansburg N.J. 07734, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), or by visiting the Borough website at www.keansburgnj.gov

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Keansburg Borough Council will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Keansburg Borough Hall, 29 Church Street, Keansburg, NJ 07734.

Agenda shall include, but not limited to, resolutions, Executive Session and any other matters requiring the attention of the governing body.  Formal action will be taken.
