SPECIAL MEETING: CRS Presentation

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

On Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.,

The Borough Council will meet at Borough Hall, 29 Church Street, Keansburg
for reviewing of the 5 Year Flood Mitiagation Presentation. 

Floodplain Manager Ed Striedl, will be on hand for the presentation. 

The Public are encouraged to attend. 

Agenda shall include, but not limited to, a Presentation of the Community Development Block Grant application and the Community Rating System.  Formal action will be taken.

(Non-Callable)

Bids are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 for the purchase of $13,628,135 Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2019A (the “Notes”) of the Borough of Keansburg, in the County of Monmouth, New Jersey (the “Borough” or the “Issuer”).  All bids will be publicly opened and announced at the office of the Borough Chief Financial Officer on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., prevailing local time (“Sale Date”). 

No telephone bids will be accepted.  Bids must be received by 11:00 a.m. on the Sale Date, and may be submitted by completing the bid form attached hereto as Exhibit A and submitting to the mailing address, email address and/or fax number shown on said bid form.  Sealed bids are encouraged, but emailed and/or faxed bids will be accepted provided they comply with the conditions stated herein.  If a bidder wishes to transmit its bid by email or fax, such bidder hereby acknowledges that such emailed or faxed bid will not be reviewed by the Borough until the public opening of the bids as aforesaid.  This Notice of Sale has been posted on the Borough’s website (www.keansburgnj.gov).

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Keansburg Borough Council will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Keansburg Borough Hall, 29 Church Street, Keansburg, NJ 07734.

Agenda shall include, but not limited to, resolutions, Executive Session and any other matters requiring the attention of the governing body.  Formal action will be taken.

Proposals must be provided to the Borough of Keansburg, 29 Church Street, Keansburg, NJ 07734 attn: Clerks Office no later  than  10:00  a.m. on September 13, 2017, local prevailing time.

The Borough of Keansburg is seeking, pursuant to Resolution No. 2017-xx adopted by the Borough of Keansburg Council, to procure the services of a qualified Consultant to provide residential consulting services on the proper procurement of electric energy for a Government Energy Aggregation (GEA) program.
